Refund Policy
We have a NO Return Policy on all digital products, services, coaching, and all items that are emailed or done via conference calls deemed time.
If you have purchased a physical paper product, you have 14 days upon delivery date to submit a request for a refund. Refunds will only be eligible if the product was damaged beyond repair or replacement. If the product was damaged, please contact the shipping company and file a claim with them.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original unopened package, and with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@maven-society.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues to physical paper product
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like all digital products and services, including email marketing, Facebook services, Instagram services, pinterst services, google services, and LinkedIn services, any of these services could include part of all of the following design creation, branding, copywriting, scheduling, analysis or any other type of creation, input and removal of services. Ad Campaigns, SEO, Auditing, Blog research, writing, design, Websites, and website hosting are not eligible for any refund. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.
Coaching Services
Coaching Services are set up on a 12 Month Coaching Program with the agreement and/or contract between Maven Society and the client. As a client, you are not “bound” to show up or do the work. Our Coaching Program is for 12 months. The client has 7 days after the first payment is processed to cancel the 12-Month Coaching Program. Past the 7 days, the client is responsible for 100% of the 12 Month’s Coaching Program.
